Chocolate Amaretto Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) milk chocolate chips
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. almond flavoring
    2/3 c. finely chopped almonds
Preparation
    Melt over hot (not boiling) water the milk chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Add almond flavoring; mix well.
    Transfer to small bowl.
    Chill until firm.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets; shape into balls.
    Roll into balls.
    Roll in almonds. Chill until firm (about 30 minutes).
    Makes about 2 1/2 dozen truffles.
