Tamale Balls And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef, ground
    1 lb. lean pork, ground
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1/3 c. flour
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with hands and form into small balls the size of large marbles.
    Drop into sauce and cook slowly for 2 hours.
    Can cook in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot from chafing dish. Yields approximately 150 balls.
