Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    4 pork chops, browned
    1 onion, sliced in rings
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    mushrooms, celery, bell pepper or whatever you like (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0.
    Brown pork chops.
    In a 2 quart casserole pan, place chops.
    Put onion slices on pork chops. Pour
    in
    tomatoes,
    uncooked rice and water.
    Bake 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
