Swiss Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, cut in serving size
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can tomato sauce or tomato soup
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    2 chopped onions
    1 green pepper
    noodles or potatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Cover with flour mixture. Brown steak in oil,
    tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire. Cover; simmer for 1 hour.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook for 30 minutes; serve with cooked potatoes or noodles.
