Chicken Tuna Salad For 100 - cooking recipe

5 whole chickens
3 qt. shell macaroni
4 lb. can tuna
1 c. sugar
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. French dressing
2 doz. hard-cooked eggs
2 qt. and 1 c. salad dressing
2 bags frozen peas
1 c. diced onion
Preparation

Roast the chickens.
Cool and pick off bones. Dice.
Marinate in French dressing overnight.
Next day, cook macaroni until tender.
Blanch and cool. Boil, peel and dice the eggs.
Drain and flake tuna.
Mix together diced marinated chicken, tuna, eggs, macaroni, peas, celery and onion.
Mix together salad dressing and sugar. Blend in with the other ingredients.
Best if refrigerated overnight.
