German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. broken pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans in pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cake batter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Put foil under cake because the top may run over a little.
