Marzetti(Yields 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans mushroom pieces
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
    2/3 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add tomato soup and paste, water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook noodles until tender; drain and rinse.
    In large dish, well-greased, spread half of noodles; cover with half of meat mixture and sprinkle with half of cheese. Repeat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
