Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) jar baby food peaches
    1 tsp. soda
    10 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins for 12 muffins. Stir baking soda into peaches; they will foam up.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    When smooth, add eggs, one at a time.
    Alternately add flour and peaches, then salt and vanilla.
    Fill each cup nearly to the top.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
