Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Bread is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
    Can be served warm.
