Zucchini Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 large zucchini
    2 eggs, slightly beaten or Egg Beaters
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. honey
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in nuts.
    Peel zucchini and shred enough for 2 cups.
    Combine zucchini and remaining ingredients. Add to flour mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done by testing with a toothpick.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Turn out of pans and cool.
