Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. butter
    2 pkg. Minute rice
    6 Ritz crackers
    1 (12 or 16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    mushrooms and onions (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
