Impossible Pie(Coconut Or Egg Custard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, cubed
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in blender.
    Cover blender and mix one minute.
    Pour batter into greased 9-inch pie pan (deep dish). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
