Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. nutmeats
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Let stand 20 minutes. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
