Grandma Finn'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can Carnation milk
    1 1/2 c. butter
    4 small pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (8 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
Preparation
    Boil first 3 ingredients for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.
    Stir constantly to keep from sticking.
    Pour hot syrup over remaining ingredients.
    Beat 5 minutes or until chocolate chips are melted. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and nuts.
    Spread in greased pan.
    Cool and cut.
