Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    1 egg
    2 slices white bread, shredded in fine pieces
    3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Roll into balls about the size of a quarter.
    Fry over medium heat until brown and done throughout.
    Can be eaten as they are or can be put in saucepan, covered with barbecue sauce and allowed to simmer for 1 hour on low heat; stir occasionally.
