Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

In greased baking pan, place chicken.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Put sauerkraut over chicken; top with cheese.
Pour dressing over cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Serves 4.
