Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (16 oz.) can or 2 c. pumpkin
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    2 eggs (at room temperature)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0; bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted 1-inch from the edge comes out clean.
    Cool.
