Finnish Pancake(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
12 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar and milk. Mix flour, water and salt until smooth. Add to egg mixture and beat well. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. When melted, pour in egg mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more until puffed and lightly golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve warm or cold.
