Quick Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
    1 can sliced apples
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed on box.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Drain apples.
    Place apples on top of batter. Mix remaining ingredients together, except whipped topping, and sprinkle evenly over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
    Cool and top with whipped topping.
