Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add sugar and salt. Beat until stiff.
Stir in pecans, chips and vanilla.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil covered cookie sheet.
Put in oven and turn off oven.
Leave cookies in closed oven overnight. Do not peek!
