Scottish Melts(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. granulated sugar replacement
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar replacement gradually and beat well. Add salt, shortening, vanilla and oatmeal.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 17 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan while still warm.
    Makes 106 cookies.
    Four cookies equals 40 calories.
