Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. white sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat the first 6 ingredients together well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 well-greased floured loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Wrap in wax paper when cold. To freeze, wrap in tinfoil.
