20 Minute Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 whole eggs
Preparation

Sift the sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
Mix the margarine, shortening, cocoa and water in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils.
In a measuring cup, add soda to buttermilk. Pour hot mixture over sugar mixture and stir well.
Add buttermilk, soda and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, and stir well.
Bake in oblong pan for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
