Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots (approximately 1 lb.)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Blend together oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift all dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Add carrots and nuts.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in a 13 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch cake pan, greased and floured.
