Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites for meringue
Preparation
-
Mix together powdered sugar and peanut butter.
Put some in bottom of shell; save some to go on top of meringue.
Mix and cook all remaining ingredients until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
Sprinkle remaining powdered sugar and peanut butter on top.
Bake until golden brown.
