Quick Breads Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream shortening and 3/4 cup sugar; add egg and beat until light and fluffy.
    Mix together 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Spread in greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
    Top with berries.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut in squares.
    Serve warm.
