Baked Fresh Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. buffalo or catfish or fish of your choice
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and dress
    the
    fish.
    Cut
    into
    3
    x
    5-inches. Place dressed fish over
    1/2
    of
    the
    crisp bacon in a baking pan. Sprinkle with the salt and white pepper.
    Cover with the remaining crisp bacon and
    bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour. Baste
    occasionally with melted fat.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
