Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. fresh apples, grated
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
    Blend into sugar mixture, one cup at a time.
    Stir in apples and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
