Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked apples
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Core apples and cut into rings, but do not peel.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add brown sugar, then apple rings.
    Cook apples slowly, turning frequently.
    Yields 4 servings.
