Dijon Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

In blender, combine Grey Poupon and egg yolks.
Slowly add butter, continuing to blend until thoroughly combined.
Serve immediately on cooked vegetables of your choice.
Makes about 1 cup.
