Hash Brown Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mashed potato chips
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread potatoes in bottom.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except potato chips and pour over the hash browns.
    Sprinkle chips on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
