Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal cutlets
    sliced, boiled ham
    cheese slices
    grated Parmesan cheese
    slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Spread as many cutlets as needed with slices of boiled ham and cheese.
    Roll up.
    Dip into mixture of grated cheese and egg. Saute in hot butter or fat until done.
