Aunt Rachel'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. sugar or to taste
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. buttermilk, at room temperature
1 c. sweet milk, at room temperature
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
2 deep or 3 shallow pie shells
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Mix sugar and flour and add to eggs; mix well.
Stir in lemon juice, milk and butter and stir well.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
