Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk or plain nonfat yogurt
    8 oz. (1 c.) egg substitute
    2 medium apples, peeled and diced (2 c.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 10-inch tube pan with Pam.
    Mix flour, baking powder and soda until blended.
    In a large bowl, beat sugar, margarine and buttermilk about 4 minutes.
    With a mixer on medium speed, alternately add flour mixture and egg substitute.
    Beat until well blended and fluffy.
    Stir in apples and vanilla.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until golden brown and a pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
    Turn out onto rack and cool completely. Dust with confectioners sugar.
