Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 sweet red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    hot cooked rice
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute chicken in hot oil in a heavy skillet 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes.
    Stir in bell pepper strips.
