Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium apples (Delicious are best)
    1 (6 oz.) can apple juice (frozen concentrate)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Bring sliced apples and apple juice to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of water and stir into apples.
    Cover and bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes, until softened.
    Stir in cinnamon.
    Pour into pie crust and dot with margarine.
    Top with crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
