Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 small can pineapple, drained (save juice)
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
4 egg whites
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff and pour into batter.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
