Orange Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 c. Raisin Bran
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Combine eggs, orange juice, oil and peel.
Stir in Raisin Bran and set aside.
In a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and stir in walnuts.
Add liquid ingredients all at once.
Stir just until moistened and turn into pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick tested.
Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
