Surprise Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil
4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pans.
Mix all ingredients together and bake 20 minutes.
Yield: 2 dozen.
