Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. caraway seed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and add the egg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour in medium size cast-iron frying pan.
