Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. oil
2 onions, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tomatoes
3 green peppers
4 c. beef bouillon broth
1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation

Cut meat into thin strips.
Brown garlic in oil, remove and add meat.
Cook meat until brown.
Add liquid, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered.
