Never Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. top milk or half and half
    2 oz. chocolate
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Boil the first 4 ingredients until a little of it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Add the butter, vanilla and walnuts.
    Beat and put into an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex pan.
    (Beat at least 15 minutes.)
