Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/4 c. pecans chopped
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and sugar. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 8 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
