Apple And Pecan Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    2 apples, peeled, cored and grated
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. yellow raisins
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    pinch of powdered cloves
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. apple cider
    1/2 c. honey or sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, toss together the first 6 ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
    Beat together remaining ingredients and stir into fruit and nut mixture.
    Place in a buttered 10-inch porcelain baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until top is beginning to brown.
    Serves 8.
    Good with chicken, turkey or pork.
