Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 slices of bacon
4 to 6 pork chops
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 C. sliced onions
1 1/2 C. thick sliced potatoes
1 can whole tomatoes crushed
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Arrange in layers in a casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until pork chops are done.
