Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. parsley
6 hard-cooked eggs
6 large potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Cook first 7 ingredients over low heat until thick.
Add mayonnaise, parsley, diced potatoes and onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
