Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients, including pecans to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
    Cool slightly and beat until mixture just begins to stiffen.
    Drop rapidly from a spoon onto a buttered pan or waxed paper.
    If candy becomes too stiff at the last, drop into patties and stir in a little hot water.
