Out-A-Sight Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    cabbage
    small zucchini
    soy or tamari sauce
    onions
    water
    wine (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken in chunks and brown lightly in butter.
    Brown sliced onions and set aside.
    Slice cabbage very thinly and brown in butter.
    Add very thin, round slices of zucchini.
    When slightly cooked, add chicken and onions.
    Simmer, adding a little water, wine and soy sauce to taste.
    If mushrooms are used, slice whole, brown and set aside as with the onions.
    Add at the end also.
    Serve over brown rice with soy sauce as a condiment. Remember to cook vegetables only until lightly cooked.
    Crispy zucchini gives a lovely texture compliment to other vegetables and undercooking retains vitamins.
