Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. maple-flavored syrup
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 (16 oz.) cans small whole carrots, drained
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add carrots.
Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
