German Potato Salad(Kantoffie Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 small potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 lb. bacon pieces, fried crisp
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice.
    Simmer onion in bacon drippings and add flour, vinegar, sugar, water and seasoning.
    Mix well all ingredients together and serve warm.
